When used correctly, different social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn can allow anyone to research contacts, build a solid brand, and connect with people they would otherwise never meet.

One great way job seekers can amp up their search with social media is to join a Twitter chat. For those of you who don’t know, a Twitter chat is a conversation that people can join via Twitter. Twitter chats are denoted with a #hashtag so that all participants can see what others are saying in the chat.

Want to jump in on the action? Then you’re invited to Cachinko’s very own upcoming Twitter chat, #ProCircles!

Kicking off on Thursday, January 26 at 8:00 PM (Eastern), this biweekly Twitter chat will be the first of its kind to focus on networking.

Job seekers and employers alike are encouraged to participate and tackle topics like networking methods and manners, talent communities, and social media.

For its maiden voyage, #ProCircles will tackle networking as a whole, along with popular networking questions.
